How do I place an order?
Placing an order with IRCTC Shopping Portal is very simple. Just select and add your favourite products to the Cart, "Checkout" and enter your shipping address, payment details and click "Confirm Order".
How does my order get verified?
Once the order is placed by the customer, the order is verified and the user is informed via email/SMS/call when the order is verified.
How do I check the status of my order?
Tracking your orders is very easy. Go to the "My Orders" in "My Account" and you can see a list of all your previous orders with their Delivery and Payment status.
Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
Thank you for showing interest in the product. Currently, you will not able to place an order due to limited stock however, you can use the "Notify Me" option and submit your e-mail address so that we can notify you, once the product is back in stock.
Can I change items in my order after clicking "Confirm Order"?
How do I place an order that was failed for payments?
Click on My Accounts > My Order and the order/s for which the payment is incomplete will show "Retry Payment". Click on it to complete the payment process.
Can I edit the items of order from "Retry Payment"?
Why is the price of the items not exact as per the discounts displayed?
We understand that there might be a small difference in the discounted amount of the item after applying the displayed discount percentage. This is because the discount is rounded off to the next highest figure or the next lower figure.
For Example: If the discount on an item is 57.89%,the percentage displayed is 58%. Similarly if the discount on an item is 57.49%, this discount is rounded down to 57% though the discount amount is equivalent to 57.89% & 57.49% respectively.
We assure that the difference in prices is never more than 0.49%, so don't worry and continue shopping.
